"When was this money deposited?"

Answer honestly with the date. There's nothing wrong with a recent deposit if you can explain where it came from. "My father transferred funds for my education" or "This is from a fixed deposit that matured last week" are perfectly acceptable answers — as long as they're true and supported by the source of funds letter you're carrying.

"Why is this large deposit so recent?"

Have one clear, true reason ready: a family transfer, sale of an asset, FD maturity, gift, inheritance, or sponsor's contribution. Don't invent a complex story — just state the actual source and offer to show the source of funds letter that documents it.

"Has anyone arranged this money for you?"

Embassies sometimes ask this directly. The honest answer is that you are the account holder, the funds are in your account, and the source is documented in your source of funds letter.
